It can often be overwhelming to see a long list of tasks that have to be done. It’s mundane, uninspiring stuff that needs to be completed in order to live well. While there are many benefits to completing chores, besides a clean space, like small boosts of serotonin and motivation, it is often difficult to actually start the cleaning process.

DirtyPig was created to aid in this process by alerting users when they should start and complete their tasks. Users set up their desired tasks, including information such as the date and time, by adding a pig to their farm. This farm serves as their cohesive chore list. To successfully complete chores, the user must track the chore completion in the app by the end-of-day, or else their inaction will have a consequence.
